Meet the Author:  Christiane Salts
Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant
Saturday, November 21
10 am to 12:00 noon

Christiane Salts, author of "Cordelia Knott:  Pioneering Business Woman" will be making a special appearance at Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant to sign her new book on Saturday, November 21.  Though many attribute the development of Knott's Berry Farm to her husband, Walter Knott, it was actually the success of the Chicken Dinner Restaurant that saved the farm during the Depression and led to the development of America's first themed amusement park.  This book tells the story of Cordelia and how she developed a world-class food business and helped her family not only survive, but thrive during the worst of times.
